Installing skills

Add a skill to your assistant and confirm it is working.

A skill extends what your assistant can do. Installing one usually means adding it through your platform skill or extension settings.

Before you start

1. 1Open the skill page in the vault.
2. 2Check that its compatible platforms include the assistant you use.
3. 3Note the security label, and review the source if it is yellow.

Install steps

1. 1Copy the install command or download shown on the asset page.
2. 2In your assistant, open the skills or extensions section.
3. 3Add the skill: paste the command, upload the file, or point to the source.
4. 4Reload or start a new session.
5. 5Ask the assistant to use the skill to confirm it is active.
