By using AI Khazna or buying any of our products, you agree to these terms.
What AI Khazna is
AI Khazna provides a curated directory of AI assets (prompts, tools, and integrations), free website-audit tools, and paid website services such as our migration tool and content and SEO services. The directory is informational and free; the assets are provided by third parties and we curate and label them.
Asset & file disclaimer
We do not author or warrant the third-party assets in the directory. You install and use any asset or file at your own risk, and you should review it before use.
Security labels
Green — Vetted. We reviewed it and found no obvious concerns. This is not a guarantee.
Yellow — Review advised. Usable, but review it yourself before installing.
Green is not a guarantee, and the absence of a warning transfers no responsibility to us.
Paid products & billing
Paid products and services are sold through a third-party payment provider that acts as the merchant of record. When you buy, that provider is the seller for the transaction, and its buyer terms apply alongside these terms. Prices are shown before checkout and charged in the currency stated at checkout; applicable taxes are handled by the payment provider. Digital products and services are delivered after payment is confirmed.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which you can read here.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, infringe the rights of others, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the free tools (for example, automated or excessive requests).
Intellectual property
The AI Khazna name, site, design, and our own content are our property or licensed to us. Third-party assets listed in the directory remain the property of their respective authors. You may use purchased deliverables for your own business as described at the point of sale.
No warranty
The site, the directory, the free tools, and the assets are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Green labeling is not a guarantee, and the absence of a warning transfers no responsibility to us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Khazna is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of the site, the assets, or any third-party product. Our total liability for a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
