Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund for products and services bought from AI Khazna.

Digital products

Most of our products are digital and delivered instantly after payment. If a product was not delivered, does not work as described, or is faulty, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a digital product has been fully delivered and used, it is generally non-refundable, except where the law of your country requires otherwise or where we agree at our discretion.

Services (migration, content, SEO)

For done-for-you services, you can cancel for a full refund before work begins. Once work has started, we refund any part not yet delivered, less the value of work already completed.

Subscriptions

If you hold a subscription, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partly used periods unless the law requires it.

How to request a refund

Message the assistant on our site with your order details, and the assistant opens an email ticket to track your request. Because payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, approved refunds are issued through that provider to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Before a chargeback

If something went wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
