Structure:
1. Subject line (under 50 chars, curiosity + specificity)

6. Soft ask (meeting, 15-min call, quick conversation)
7. Easy out (no pressure to respond)
8. Signature (name, title, company, one contact method)

Tone: Respectful peer, not salesy. No generic value props.
Length: Under 100 words.
Include: Phone number only if they're warm enough to call.
