We are a 6-person startup and I am trying to replace repetitive work with AI before hiring. Where has it actually saved you real money or hours — support, ops, content, or coding? Curious what genuinely worked and what turned out to be hype.

For us the real wins were support and first-draft code. AI drafts tier-1 support replies (we review before sending) and scaffolds boilerplate so I only write the tricky parts. The biggest measurable saving was dropping a freelance content retainer.
