- **Role and title**: What position? - **Level**: Junior, Mid, Senior, Staff, etc. - **Location**: Where will they be based? (affects comp and benefits) - **Compensation**: Base salary, equity, signing bonus (if applicable) - **Start date**: When should they start? - **Hiring manager**: Who will they report to?
