Meeting Debt Forecaster

I suspect my meetings generate hidden productivity debt beyond the time spent. I attend {{meeting_count}} meetings per week totaling {{meeting_hours}}, and {{meeting_types}} dominate. For each meeting, estimate: (1) context-switching cost (pre-meeting prep + post-meeting refocus), (2) follow-up work generated (action items, decision documentation, status updates), (3) information decay (how much is forgotten within 24 hours), (4) which meetings generate disproportionate downstream work, (5) total weekly debt estimate, (6) which meetings could be 1-way information delivery instead.
