Deadline Dependency Chain Mapper

Map the dependency chain by identifying:
1. Direct blockers (Task A must finish before Task B starts)
2. Indirect dependencies (output of Task A needed by Task C's input)
3. Stakeholder cascades (who waits on whom)
4. Slack time (days of buffer before a blocker hits)
5. Single points of failure (one person/task blocking multiple paths)

Highlight the critical path and recommend 2-3 early-warning interventions.
