Motion & Interaction Microspec

Specify motion for {{interaction_event}} on {{ui_element}}.

Define:
1. Trigger condition (click, hover, scroll, load, focus)
2. Animation type (fade, slide, scale, rotate, morph)
3. Duration in ms (consider 200-500ms standard, 300ms preferred)
4. Easing curve (ease-in-out, cubic-bezier, spring physics)
5. Direction/axis (X, Y, Z, rotation angle)
6. Start/end opacity & transform values
7. Stagger delay (if multi-element)
8. GPU acceleration flag
9. Disabled state behavior (prefers-reduced-motion respect)
10. Fallback for low-end devices
