My support-automation stack (n8n + Claude) — what's yours?

Running a small SaaS in Dubai, this is what has saved us the most hours. n8n watches the shared inbox, Claude drafts a first reply in our tone and pulls the right help article, and a human approves before anything sends. Onboarding emails are fully automated. I will sketch the rough flow in the replies. What does your stack look like, and where did you draw the line on "a human must approve"?
